How we do it

CUTTING

The cutting process in the our industry involves several key steps:

Marker Making : At Ayesha Denim and Knitwear, we meticulously create an efficient layout of pattern pieces on denim fabric to minimize waste. This is done using both manual techniques and advanced CAD software to ensure optimal fabric utilization.

Spreading : Our team carefully spreads multiple layers of denim fabric on the cutting table, ensuring each layer is smooth and free of wrinkles. This step is crucial for achieving accurate and consistent cuts.

Cutting : We employ a range of cutting methods at Ayesha Denim and Knitwear, including manual, automated, and die-cutting machines. Each method is selected based on the specific needs of the production run to ensure precision and efficiency.

Notching : We add precise notches to the fabric edges to guide the sewing process. This step ensures accurate alignment and assembly of the garment pieces.

Bundling : After cutting, we organize and tag each bundle of fabric pieces by size, design, or color. This systematic approach streamlines the production process and helps maintain order.

Quality Check : Every cut piece undergoes a thorough inspection for defects and accuracy. At Ayesha Denim and Knitwear, we are committed to quality, ensuring that only flawless pieces proceed to the sewing stage.

STITCHING

The stitching process following steps

Sewing : We use state-of-the-art sewing machines and techniques to assemble denim garments. Our skilled operators meticulously stitch pieces together, paying close attention to seam strength and alignment for durability and fit.

Assembly : During assembly, we ensure all components, including pockets, zippers, and trims, are correctly integrated into the garment. Precision in this step is crucial for the final product’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Finishing : Our finishing process involves final touches such as hemming, pressing, and adding any final details. Each garment is carefully pressed to remove any wrinkles and ensure a polished look.

Quality Control : We perform rigorous quality checks throughout the stitching process. Our quality control team inspects each garment for stitch integrity, alignment, and overall finish to ensure it meets our high standards.

Final Inspection : Before packaging, every garment undergoes a final inspection to confirm it meets our quality standards. Any defects or issues are addressed to ensure only top-quality products reach our customers.

At Ayesha Denim and Knitwear, our meticulous stitching process ensures each garment is crafted with precision and care, delivering exceptional quality and style.

WASHING

Types of Washes that are done at our premises are as follow

Stone Wash: Achieved by washing denim with pumice stones. The stones abrade the fabric, creating a faded, worn-in look.

Acid Wash: Created by treating denim with chlorine and pumice stones. This process gives the fabric a bleached, spotted appearance.

Vintage Wash: Designed to replicate the look of old, worn denim. This wash involves a combination of techniques to achieve a faded, authentic look.

Rinse Wash: A basic wash that removes excess dye from the denim, resulting in a darker color with minimal fading.

Bleach Wash: Involves bleaching the denim to achieve a lighter color. The process can be applied selectively or uniformly.

Enzyme Wash: Uses enzymes to soften denim and create a worn look. This wash also helps in removing excess dye.

Distressed Wash: Involves creating intentional rips, tears, and abrasions. The fabric is then washed to soften and blend the distressing.

Garment Dye Wash: Involves dyeing the finished garment, often resulting in a unique, uneven color effect. This method can be used to achieve various shades.
